The Detailed Method Of Execution As Well As The Scope And Type Of Individual Works Covering The Subject Of The Order Were Specified In The Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Land Development Design Together With Drawings Constituting Attachments To The Swz.3. The Reconstruction Of The Playground Will Be Carried Out In The Administrative Area Of ​​The Masovian Voivodeship, In The Nowy Dwór County, Zakrętym Commune, Zakrzyczym Town, Plot No. 41/16, 41/1, 41/10, Precinct 0003 01-03. 4. The Scope Of The Works Includes: Reconstruction Of The Playground At The Municipal Public Kindergarten In Zakrętym, Including: A) Disassembly Of Existing Small Architectural Structures And Play Equipment And Their Transport To The Storage Location Indicated By The Ordering Party; B) Dismantling Of Existing Surfaces; C) Leveling And Preparation Of The Area For New Surfaces; D) Construction Of New Surfaces: Safe Sand And A Lawn Made Of Roll; E) Delivery And Installation Of New Small Architectural Structures And Playground Equipment; F) Segregation, Removal And Disposal Of Excavated Material; G) Cleaning Works And Land Recultivation After Construction And Assembly Works; H) Carrying Out A Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory; I) Carrying Out A Post-Assembly Inspection And Control Of The Playground By An Authorized Body And Presenting An Inspection Certificate To The Ordering Party.5. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law.6. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations (In Particular The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Industry Regulations), As Well As In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, As Well As With Due Care, Maintaining Proper Work Organization And Ensuring Good Quality. 7.
