3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Ongoing Maintenance And Maintenance Of Gravel Forest Roads In The Supraśl Forest District In Eleven Forest Districts Included In It, Consisting In The Delivery Of Natural Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 0-31.5 Mm To The Indicated Road Sections, Spreading, Profiling And Hardening. Maintenance And Maintenance Of Forest Roads Will Involve Filling In Spots, Holes And Potholes With Construction Materials. The Approximate Locations Of Construction Works Are Marked On The Maps Included In Annex 9 To The Swz. The Exact Places Will Be Indicated To The Contractor By The Ordering Party After Signing The Contract.3.2. The Contractor Will Contact The Ordering Party To Locate The Forest Units.3.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Following Specifications: A) Incorporation Of Aggregate: - Aggregate Surface - Natural Aggregate Fraction 0-31.5 Mm (Surface Layer) In Total 2,400 Tons, - The Imported Aggregate Will Be Mechanically Compacted, - The Thickness Of The Layers Will Be Adjusted Individually According To The Type Of Loss After Providing Guidelines By The Ordering Party, - The Width Of The Road Section On Which The Works Will Be Carried Out Depends On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, - The Delivered Aggregate Must Be Of Appropriate Quality And Meet The Requirements For Natural Aggregates For Performing Works In The Field Of Gravel Surfaces, - The Delivered Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of Art. 10 Of The Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524). The Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of Polish Standards, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And Have The Approvals, Certificates Or Quality Certificates Required By Law, - The Aggregate Should Come From A Legally Operating Gravel Pit. The Contractor Should Have A License To Extract Aggregates Or A Written Declaration From Another Entity Along With A Signed Agreement To Provide This Material; B) Profiling With A Grader: - Leveling The Surface By Driving Over A Given Section Two Or Three Times (Depending On The Road Width). A Total Of 968 Mtg Of Grader Work - 88 Mtg For Each Of The 11 Forestry Districts; C) In The Event Of Damage By The Contractor To The Roads On Which The Material For Construction Works Will Be Transported After The Completion Of The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Them; D) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Test The Compliance Of The Embedded Aggregate With The Specification At Each Stage Of Construction, Including Ordering Laboratory Tests Of The Material In Terms Of Its Suitability For Making Gravel Surfaces, In Particular In The Case Of Doubts As To Its Quality.3.4.
