The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Renovation Works At The Headquarters Of Three District Offices Of The Agency For Restructuring And Modernization Of Agriculture With Headquarters In Bania, Golczewo And Szczecinek, Consisting In Double Painting The Walls With White Ral 9010 Paint, Office Rooms, Sanitary Rooms, Utility Rooms And Communication Routes Along With Accompanying Works, With A Total Area To Be Painted Of 3,116.96 M².2. The Locations Of The District Offices And The Surface To Be Painted Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Terms Of Reference, Hereinafter Referred To As Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made Of Materials Provided By The Contractor. These Materials Should Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Technical Standards, Technical Approvals, Certificates Of Admission To Trading And Use In Construction Specified In The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended).4. The Ordering Party Will Successively Provide The Contractor With Rooms For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Individual Locations Of The District Offices In Accordance With The Presented Material And Time Schedule For The Implementation Of The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Such A Way That Will Not Limit The Use Of The Property In Part, I.E. Communication Routes And Other Rooms That Will Be Successively Transferred To Individual Locations Covered By The Contract Will Not Be Excluded From Normal Use.5. The Scope Of The Works Includes Carrying Out Preparatory Works Consisting In Removing The Emptied Furniture And Equipment Indicated By The Ordering Party From Individual Rooms And Re-Introducing Them After The Works Are Completed; Removing Hanging Elements From The Walls (Such As Cork Boards, Information Boards) And Re-Hanging Them According To The Ordering Partys Instructions, Securing Rooms, Passageways, Equipment, Furnishings, Windows, Doors, Air Conditioners, Lighting Fixtures, Contacts, Etc.
