Work Detail
4.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A 27-Unit Multi-Family Residential Building With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure And Land Development, On Plot 117/2, District 0023 Elbląg Dzieńmark - Osiedle, The Required Finishing Works Of The Premises And The Designed Green Area. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Create 27 New Residential Premises Constructed In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Design Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Design Documentation Can Be Found In Annex No. 8 And 8A.4.1.2. Under This Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Include In The Valuation And Implement Works, Services And Deliveries Resulting From The Full Design Documentation, In Particular Technical And Executive Designs, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party Is Of An Auxiliary Nature For Preparing The Offer And Estimating Its Price. If The Remuneration Is A Lump Sum, The Bill Of Quantities Provided By The Ordering Party Should, In Principle, Serve The Contractors Only As Information And Auxiliary Material For The Preparation And Estimation Of The Offer (However, If Some Elements Of The Contract Do Not Result From The Documentation And Were Included In The Bill Of Quantities - They Should Be Included In The Valuation). It Is Unacceptable To Selectively Treat Any Of The Elements Of The Documentation, Which Should Be Treated As Complementary To Each Other And Constituting An Integral Part Of The Entire Documentation. At The End Of The Investment, The Completed Facility, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Will Have To Obtain An Energy Certificate (With A Thermal Imaging Report) With Energy Efficiency Ep [Kwh/M2 X Year] ≤ 52 (Less Than Or Equal). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Are Minimum Requirements And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above-Mentioned Minimum Requirements Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law.4.1.3. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works In Consultation With The Ordering Party In A Safe Manner, With The Least Possible Nuisance To The Residents And Users Of The Neighboring Plots Where The Works Will Be Carried Out, Enabling Free Use Of The Areas Adjacent To The Area Where The Order Will Be Carried Out.4.2. The Scope Of The Order Must Also Include (On The Part Of The Contractor) In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Expert Opinions, Tests, Analyzes And Opinions Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order And For The Ordering Party To Meet The Conditions For Financing The Investment; 2) Execution Of Tests And Regulations -) At Least: − List Of Waste And Waste Segregation Plan, − List Of Actions Effectively Preventing The Emission Of Noise
