Mazowiecka 5A To Ensure Accessibility For People With Special Needs, Including People With Disabilities, Under Project No. Fema.05.06-Ip.01-09S6/25 Entitled Improving The Quality Of Service For Primary Care Patients By Modernizing The Health Infrastructure Of The Nadarzyn Medical Center Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Location: Ul. Mazowiecka 5A, 05-831 Młochów. The Order Includes Construction, Renovation, Modernization, Installation, Finishing And Accompanying Works Aimed At Increasing The Accessibility Of The Poz Facility, In Accordance With Annex A To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Annex B To The Swz - Stwiorb, Annex C To The Swz - Offer Cost Estimate/Price Form And Other Order Documents. Task 1 - Renovation Of The Ramp, Terrace, Stairs And External Elements Includes In Particular Demolition Works, Construction Of Concrete Substrates, Insulation, Anti-Slip Surfaces, Repair Or Replacement Of Stairs/Driveway, System Wipers, Renovation Of Clinker, Installation Of Barriers And Handrails, Construction Of Roofing, Lighting, Fire Doors, Facade Repair, Ventilation, Roofing Works And Associated Works.
