Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Order: The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Workshop Assortment, In Accordance With The Technical Data Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii And Annex No. 1 To Chapter Ii Of The Terms Of Reference. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit Appendix No. 1 To Chapter Iii Along With The Offer. It Constitutes A Detailed Valuation Of The Offer In The Proceedings In Question.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Involving The Repetition Of Similar Services/Supplies Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7) Of The Public Procurement Law 5. In Order To Demonstrate Equivalence, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit With The Offer: - The Name Of The Manufacturer, Trade Name And Model Of The Offered Product, - A Detailed Description Of The Technical, Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters Of The Offered Solution, - A Summary Of The Parameters Of The Offered Solution With The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, Enabling The Assessment Of Equivalence, - Documents Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Required Parameters, In Particular Catalog Cards, Technical Sheets, Manufacturers Specifications, Declarations Of Conformity, Certificates Or Other Documents Of The Manufacturer, If Are Necessary To Confirm Equivalence (These Documents Must Be Submitted In Electronic Form (Signed With A Qualified Signature) Or In Electronic Form (Signed With A Trusted Profile Or Electronic Personal Signature)). All The Above Information Must Be Entered In The Detailed Valuation Form, I.E. Annex No. 1 To Chapter Iii, In A Dedicated Column. 13. The Documents Referred To Above Should Clearly Confirm The Fulfillment Of All Minimum Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.14. The Ordering Party Will Assess Equivalence By Comparing The Technical, Quality, Functional And Utility Parameters Of The Offered Solution With The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And On T
