Tenders Are Invited For Successive Catering For Participants Of The Project Podkarpacka Alma Initiative - European Youth Mobility.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Provide A Catering Service: Preparation, Delivery And Serving Of Meals In The Form Of A Coffee Break And A One-Course Lunch For The Participants Of The Project Podkarpacka Initiative Alma - European Youth Mobilities - Taking Part In A 30-Day Series Of Courses And Training.2. The Service Will Be Implemented Successively And Adequately To The Recruitment Of Project Participants And Training Activities Carried Out For Them.3. The Service Will Be Provided On Working Days, Excluding Public Holidays, On Average Twice A Week For 30 Working Days For One Training Group.4. The Exact Date And Address Of The Training, And Thus Catering, Will Be Provided Each Time By The Ordering Party A Maximum Of 7 Days Before The Training Start Date.5. Meal Delivery Times Will Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Contractor At Least 2 Days In Advance.6. The Implementation Of The Order Will Be Successively Spread Over Time During The Project Implementation Period, I.E. From The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Contractor For The Next 17 Calendar Months.7. The Maximum Number Of Catering Units Is 2,400 Pieces8. The Service Will Be Provided In The City Of Rzeszów.9.
