Fresh, Not Expired, Not Past The Expiry Date (The Appropriate Expiry Date Is Indicated Clearly On The Packaging) - Applies To Packages 1-5, 9-10; 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Cheese-Like Products - Applies To Package 7;3) The Ordering Party Requires That For Package 5 - Fish Should Be Without Ice Cream Glaze.4) With A Guaranteed Shelf Life At The Time Of Delivery To The Ordering Party (The Expiry Date Is Indicated Clearly On The Packaging) - Applies To Package 6-8;5) In The Appropriate Species And In Appropriate, Undamaged Packaging.4.
