Tenders Are Invited For Providing Specialized Care Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Suo) For Older People And Disabled People From The City And Commune Of Brusy

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services (Hereinafter Referred To As Suo) For Elderly People And Disabled People From The City And Commune Of Brusy, Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability, Provided By People With Specialized Professional Training During The Implementation Of The Project Titled I Am! Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For 14 Elderly And Disabled People From The City And Commune Of Brusy, Divided Into 4 Parts: 1) Part No. 1 Specialized Care Services - Psychological Support - The Estimated Number Of Hours Of Service Provision Is A Total Of 300 Hours;3. The Provision Of Specialist Care Services Will Take Place During The Implementation Of The Project Entitled: I Am! Co-Financed By The European Union Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For 24 Months. 4. An Hour Of Service Is A Clock Hour (60 Minutes), Counted As The Actual Time Worked (At The Clients Home), Excluding Travel Time Or Arrival Time To The Clients Place Of Residence.5. The Number Of Hours Is An Estimate And May Vary Due To The Specification Of The Order, Which Is Characterized By Changing Needs Due To The Changing Health Condition Or Life Situation Of The Clients. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Limit The Scope Of The Order To 60% Of The Parties Performance. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim, Including Payment Of Compensation, For Reducing The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order, And It Cannot Be The Basis For Refusing To Perform The Guaranteed Part Of The Order. Note: The Ordering Party Will Pay For The Hours Of Service Actually Provided.6. The Services Will Be Provided On The Days And Hours Agreed Between The Suo Recipient And The Contractor - In Accordance With The Agreed Service Schedule.7. The Suo Service Will Be Adapted To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Disease Or Disability And Provided By People With Special Professional Training For An Estimated Number Of 7 People Per Month (14 People During The Project Implementation).
