1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Transportation And Transportation Of Students To And From The School Complex In Laski - Laski, Ul. Lipowa 34 And To And From The School Complex In Trzcinica - Trzcinica, Ul. Szkolna 2 In The 2026/2027 School Year. The Task Includes The Provision Of Transport Services Using Rolling Stock Adapted To Public Transport Services In Order To Transport Students From Their Place Of Residence To School And From School To The Students Place Of Residence, On The Following Routes.2. The Services Will Be Provided On Every School Day In Which Classes Are Held, According To The School Timetable, I.E. On Weekdays From Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Free From Teaching And Educational Activities Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of National Education Of August 11, 2017 On The Organization Of The School Year (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1603, As Amended). Calendar Of The 2026/2027 School Year Developed On The Basis Of The Above-Mentioned. The Regulation Constitutes Annex No. 9 To The Swz (In Case Of Discrepancies Between These Documents, The Provisions Of The Regulation Shall Be Binding).3. At The Offer Valuation Stage, The Contractor Is Obliged To Measure The Length Of The Routes, Both The Effective Transport Of Children And All Journeys, Commutes, Journeys To Turning Points And Empty Journeys.
