1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Summer Protective Clothing In Accordance With The Description Of The Item Included In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Quantities Included In Annex No. 2A;2. Within The Scope Of Part I, The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Mutual Exchange Of Quantities Within The Assortment Listed In Annex No. 2A To The Swz, Up To The Value Of The Offer Submitted By The Contractor. 2.1. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Place Orders And Execute The Subject Of The Order Depending On The Needs, And Thus Has The Right To Limit The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, Which May Result In A Reduction In The Value Of Deliveries - Applies To Part I.2.2. The Expected Quantities Of Clothing For Individual Sizes Indicated In Annex No. 2A To The Swz Are For Information Purposes Only. Contractors. 2.3. Illustrative Photos For Clothes From Item 14, 15, 16 And 17 Of Annex No. 2A To The Swz Are Included In Annex No. 6 To The Swz.3. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Implementation Of 50% Of The Contract Value - Applies To Part I.4. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Dimensions Required By The Ordering Party, Specified Each Time In Individual Orders.5. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order To The Mpgk Warehouse Located At Ul. Bieławin 5, 22-100 Chełm On Working Days (I.E. Monday To Friday) From 7.00 A.M. To 2.30 P.M. 6. Delivery Should Be Made Carefully, At The Contractors Expense And Risk, Using A Vehicle Adapted For Unloading. 7. The Contractor Undertakes To Make The Mpgk Logo Using Screen Printing In Accordance With The Items Included In Annex No. 2A. A Logo Template With Dimensions Of 23 Cm X 10 Cm (+/- 2 Cm) Is Attached As Annex No. 6.8. Detailed Implementation Conditions Are Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz.9. The Offer Should Include The Valuation Of All Accompanying Services, Indirectly Related To The Subject Of The Proceedings, E.G. Transport To The Place Of Delivery, Which Should Be Added To The Subject Of The Order.10. Costs Of Packaging, Transport, Exchange, Unloading As Well As Taxes, Including Tax On Goods And Services In Accordance With Applicable Legal Provisions Shall Be Borne By The Contractor.
