The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Transport Services In The School Year 2026/2027 In The Field Of Transporting Children To Primary Schools In The Stare Babice Commune, I.E.: 1) Providing Transport Services Consisting In Transporting Students To Primary Schools In The Stare Babice Commune, Who, In Accordance With The Law, Are Entitled To Free Transport And Care During Transport, In Accordance With The Attached Schedule. The Timetable And Route May Change After The Beginning Of The School Year And After Providing The Carrier With Updated Data On The Transported Children. These Are Services In The So-Called Closed Transport, Involving The Transport Of Students: A) Task A - Transport And Return Of Students From The Area Of The Stare Babice Commune To The Primary School In Koczargi Stare And Borzęcin Duży, B) Task B - Transport And Return Of Students From The Area Of The Stare Babice Commune To The Primary School In Stare Babice And Zielonki Parcel, C) Task C - Optional Transport And Return From The Primary School In Borzęcin Duży To Swimming Pool, Selected Sports Competitions (As Part Of The Route, The Ordering Party Expects The Bus To Stop For The Duration Of The Classes, And The Contractor Will Not Charge Additional Fees For This Time), The Task Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Needs Of The Schools; D) Task D - Optional Transport And Pick-Up From The Primary School In Koczargi Stare And From The Primary School In Zielonki-Parcela To The Swimming Pool For Selected Sports Competitions (As Part Of The Route, The Ordering Party Provides For A Bus Stop For The Duration Of The Classes At Swimming Pool, And The Contractor Will Not Charge Additional Fees For This Time), The Task Is Carried Out In Accordance With The Needs Of Schools; Estimated Number Of Kilometers For Tasks A And B Together - 160 Km/School Working Day, For Tasks C And D Together - Approx. 3,400 Km Per School Year.
