The Contractor Is Liable For The Warranty Granted In The Following Months: - 6 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Comments. The Warranty Repair Period Is Up To 14 Days, The Repair Is Performed At The Customers Site Or At An Indicated Service Center Depending On The Type Of Defect. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Car For The Period From The Day Following The Date Of Reporting The Defect To The Date Of Completion Of The Warranty Repair. The Costs Of Transport And Delivery Insurance For The Time Of Transport To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Are Borne By The Contractor. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check The Technical Condition Of The Car And The Efficiency Of The Devices Installed In It Before Selecting The Most Advantageous Offer And Signing The Contract. If The Car Is Found To Be In Poor Technical Condition, The Ordering Party Will Refrain From Purchasing The Subject Of The Order.
