The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 28 New Solar Lamps And Their Installation In The Gołdap Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 11, While The Number And Location Of Lamp Installation Places Are Specified In Annexes No. 12A And 12B To The Swz, Regarding The Location Description And Graphic Description (Map), Respectively. The Delivered And Installed Devices Should Be Made Of Safe And Durable Materials, Should Be Brand New And Have A Minimum 24-Month Warranty Period Issued By The Manufacturer. The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Equivalent Solutions For Works, Materials And Systems That Meet Applicable Standards And Requirements. The Ordering Party Allows Methods, Materials, Devices, Systems, Technologies, Etc. Equivalent To Those Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Therefore, It Is Allowed To Propose In The Offer Any Equivalent Market Equivalents With Properties Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Ensures That The Equipment Will Be Brand New, Of The Highest Quality, Will Meet The Requirements Resulting From Applicable Legal Regulations, Will Have A Ce (Conformité Européenne) Safety Certificate And Will Be In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Order Documents. In Order To Avoid Lexical Ambiguity, The Ordering Party Informs That The Term Brand New Has A Specific Meaning, I.E. Manufactured (Produced No Earlier Than In 2025) The Fixed Asset And Its Part Were Not Used In Any Way Before Purchase. Note!
