Subject No. 1 - The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New, Accident-Free, Free From Design, Material And Workmanship Defects, Fully Functional And Not Showing Any Signs Of Use, Of An Electric Passenger Car For The Needs Of The National Support Center With Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters And Equipment Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz1) The Car Must Have An Approval Certificate Appropriate For The Given Type Of Vehicle, Issued In Accordance With Art. 70D Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law2) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Offer A Car Used For A Test Drive. 3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Contractor To Offer A Car Registered As A Dealer. Informs That The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters And Equipment Are Indicated In The Offer Form - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Is Permissible To Propose Better Parameters Than Those Specified In The Above Annex. Selected Parameters And Equipment Are Subject To Scoring In The Offer Evaluation Criterion In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 19 Swz.6) The Contractor, Together With The Car, Will Provide: • Warranty Documentation In Polish In The Form Of A Warranty Document (Warranty Book / Warranty Card), General Manufacturers Warranty Conditions, Specifying The Terms Of Warranty Implementation, Method Of Performing Warranty Services, As Well As A List Of Authorized Service Points Providing Warranty Services - In The Event Of Discrepancies Between The Warranty Document And The Provisions Of The Contract, The Provisions Of The Contract Shall Prevail, Unless The Warranty Provisions Are More Favorable For The Ordering Party;• An Operating Manual In Polish;• A Set Of Documents Confirming That The Car Meets The Technical Requirements Specified By The Regulations In Force In Poland For Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads, Including Technical Conditions Resulting From The Act Of June 20, 1997. Road Traffic Law And Is Approved For Use In Poland (Approval Certificate) And All Other Documents Required To Register The Vehicle (Including The Vehicle Card).
