The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Waste Collection And Management Services With Code 17 09 04, Mixed Waste From Construction, Renovation And Dismantling Other Than Those Mentioned In 17 09 01, 17 09 02 And 17 09 03 Originating From The Gryfino Commune - Collected From Owners Of Uninhabited Properties. Transport Of Waste From The Reloading Point Located Within The Municipal Waste Landfill. In Order To Determine The Value Of The Order, The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Estimated Amounts Of Waste Expected To Be Managed By The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract: Precipitation Code - 17 09 04, Estimated Amount Of Waste [Mg] - 350, Minimum Frequency Waste Collection - Twice A Month. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Amount Of Waste To Be Managed Under The Order - The Amounts Indicated In The Table Above Are Only Estimated Quantities, While The Actual Amounts Of Waste To Be Managed Will Result From The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Indicated Expected Amount Of Waste Intended For Management Cannot Constitute The Basis For The Contractor To Make Any Claims In The Event Of A Reduction In The Amount Of Waste Transferred By The Ordering Party For Management During The Implementation Of The Contract Concluded As A Result Of The Resolution Of These Proceedings, However, The Ordering Party Guarantees That The Amount Of Waste For Management Will Be 30% Of The Estimated Amount Of The Type Of Waste Indicated Above (Code: 17 09 04).
