The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Fuel (Diesel Oil And Gasoline) At The Contractors Gas Stations For The Purposes Of The Ordering Partys Activities. 1.2 The Estimated Quantity Of Fuel Purchased During The Duration Of The Contract Is: 1) Unleaded Gasoline Pb 95 - Approx. 8,000 Liters 2) Diesel Oil - Approx. 131,000 Liters 1.3 The Planned Purchase Quantities Are Estimated Quantities For Use Only For Comparison Of Offers And Do Not Constitute An Obligation Of The Ordering Party To Use Them During The Term Of The Contract And Cannot Be The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Declares That The Amount Of Fuel Covered By The Subject Of The Contract Will Not Be Reduced By More Than 50% Of The Original Scope Of The Order. 1.4 The Purchase Of Fuels Will Be Carried Out Successively In Accordance With The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Take Place At The Contractors Gas Station Directly Into The Tanks Of The Ordering Partys Vehicles Or Canisters According To The Current Demand On The Basis Of Cashless Transactions: - Each Non-Cash Transaction Will Be Registered In The System With The Cashless Transaction Number, Date, Place And Registration Number. Vehicle Or Equipment Name, Value And Quantity Of Purchased Products. A Cashless Transaction Made By A Fleet Card User Will Be Confirmed By A Printout From The Terminal. The User Of Fleet Cards Will Check The Correctness Of The Data Contained Therein And Will Receive A Copy Of It. - The Correctness Of The Transaction Is Indicated By The Entry/Information: Pin Correct. - The Attachment To The Invoice, Constituting Its Integral Part, Must Contain A List Of All Purchases From A Given Settlement Period Made On Individual Fuel Cards.1.5 The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Stations Of Other Entities Associated With A Given Network And Accepting Fuel Cards Issued By The Contractor Under The Conditions Specified In The Offer.1.6 Payment For The Purchase Of Fuel Is Made With The Ordering Partys Fuel Card, Which Must Be Secured With A Code. 1.7 The Ordering Party Will Receive From The Contractor, Free Of Charge, 17 Bearer Fuel Cards, Including 1 Fuel Card Issued For The Ordering Partys Car. 1.8 Technical Requirements: - The Contractor Must Have At Least 1 Fuel Station At A Distance Of No More Than 5 Km From The Ordering Partys Seat (Distance Measured On Public Roads).
