Stefan Żeromski In Oleśnica And The Municipal Kindergarten Named After Saint John Paul Ii In Oleśnica. 1) For The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Ordering Party Received Grant No. Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2125/Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2024 Under The European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc) Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2 Strengthening The National System Cybersecurity In Connection With The Implementation Of The Cybersecure Local Government Grant Project Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Perform The Subject Of The Order, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference And The Provisions Of The Contract Template, As Well As The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Principles Of Due Diligence And Applicable Standards And Regulations. 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Notify The Ordering Party About The Delivery Date At Least 2 Days In Advance. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Between 7:00 A.M.
