If The Date Of The Beginning Or End Of The School Year Is Changed On The Basis Of Applicable Legal Provisions, The Contract Is Valid According To The Changed Date, Without The Need To Prepare An Annex.3. Requirements For The Implementation Of The Servicethe Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Service With Due Diligence And In Accordance With Applicable Law Regarding The Transport Of Persons, In Particular Children And School Youth. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That:1. All Transported Students Were Provided With Seats; 2. The Vehicles Were Technically Efficient Throughout The Entire Order Execution Period; 3. The Vehicles Had Valid Technical Inspections And Compulsory Insurance; 4. The Vehicles Met The Requirements Arising From The Regulations Regarding The Transport Of Children And Adolescents; 5. The Vehicles Were Maintained In Proper Technical And Aesthetic Condition; 6. In The Autumn And Winter Period, The Vehicles Had Efficient Heating; 7. The Drivers Had All The Required Licenses And Qualifications To Carry Out Passenger Transport; 8. Transport Was Carried Out On Time And According To Schedule. 4. Replacement Vehicle1. In The Event Of A Vehicle Breakdown, Collision, Accident, Drivers Indisposition Or Other Event That Prevents The Transport, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Replacement Vehicle That Meets All The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Applicable Law. 2. A Replacement Vehicle Should Be Provided At The Time Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form. 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Require That The Replacement Vehicle Remains The Property Of The Contractor Or That It Be Included In The List Of Vehicles Submitted To Confirm Compliance With The Conditions For Participation In The Proceedings. 4. A Replacement Vehicle May Also Be Provided On The Basis Of An Agreement Concluded With Another Authorized Carrier, Provided That The Vehicle Meets The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Applicable Law. 5. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For Ensuring The Continuity Of Transport, Regardless Of Technical, Organizational Or Personnel Reasons And Regardless Of The Method Of Organizing A Replacement Vehicle, Including In The Case Of Using The Vehicle Of Another Carrier. 7.
