The Following Facilities Are Planned To Be Constructed On The Site: Building Technology: - Reinforced Concrete Foundations, - Walls Brick, - Reinforced Concrete Ceiling, - Wooden Roof Structure, - Multi-Slope Roof, - Roof Covering Made Of Tile-Like Sheet Metal, - Pvc Window Joinery With Heat Transfer Coefficient U = Min. 0.9.- External Aluminum Doors With A Heat Transfer Coefficient Of At Least 1.3 W/(M²)K, - Pellet Heat Source, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Investment And Development Of March 4, 2019 On Standards Regarding The Spatial Development Of The Building And Its Surroundings, Construction Technology And Technical Equipment Of The Building, And The Location Of Projects Implemented With The Use Of Financial Support From The Subsidies Fund.
