The Tractor Offered Must Be Brand New, Unused, Manufactured In 2025 Or 2026, And Have A Maximum Of 10 Hours Of Field Work. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Swz Part Ii (Opz) For Part 1, In Which The Ordering Party Specifies The Minimum Technical Parameters. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Equipment - Equivalence Means The Possibility For The Contractor To Offer Products With Different Trademarks, Patents Or Origins, But With The Same Properties Required By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.
