The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Delivery And Assembly Of Materials, Devices And Equipment For The Investment Called Nask Cybersecurity Center. A Preliminary Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 16 To The Swz. The Design Documentation And Stwiorb Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz Contain Confidential Information. Therefore, Pursuant To Art. 133 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Will Make The Above-Mentioned Documentation Available To Those Contractors Who Directly Submit The Appropriate Application Referred To In Chapter Iii, Section 6 Et Seq. Of This Swz. 2. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. 3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Perform The Order, Does Not Include: 1) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Items 20 And 252), Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security, 2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Or An Ict Service, Or An Ict Process, Specified In This Decision. If The Contractor Offers The Solution Referred To In Point 1) Or 2) Above, The Offer Will Be Subject To Rejection Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17) Or Point 19) Of The Public Procurement Law. 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Offer In These Proceedings Of Deliveries From The Countries Referred To In Chapter V, Section. 2 Point 4. This Reservation Applies To Any Contractor Offering Such Supplies, Regardless Of The Contractors Origin. Order Completion Date: The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Agreement And Report Their Readiness For Final Acceptance, Referred To In § 10 Section 11 Point 2) Of The Agreement Template Within A Deadline Of 97 (Ninety-Seven) Weeks From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement. 6.
