Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Framework Agreement For The Renovation Of Four (4) High-Rise Buildings In Brøndby Strand Parkerne. The Framework Agreement Includes Total Renovation Of Four High-Rise Buildings, Including Facade Renovation With Renovation Of The High-Rise Facade System Consisting Of Climate Screen With Facade Panels, Window Elements And Additional Insulation As Well As Steel Construction For Supporting The Climate Screen, Interior Renovation And Energy Optimization, Etc., Carried Out By The Main Contractor. The Framework Agreement Is Awarded And Entered Into With One Tenderer, Cf. Section 8.7 On Tender Evaluation In The Descriptive Document. The Ordering Party Places Orders And Enters Into Contracts Under The Framework Agreement By Direct Award. The Framework Agreement And The Individual Contracts Are Based On Ab 18 With The Clarifications That Appear In The Framework Agreement, Cf. Section 3.1 Of The Draft Framework Agreement. The Client Intends To Use The Framework Agreement To Complete The Total Renovation Of All Four High-Rise Buildings. The Client Intends To Place Orders Under The Framework Agreement, So That The Renovation Of All Four High-Rise Buildings Can Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Clients Overall Schedule For The Renovation Of The High-Rise Buildings (Overall Schedule, Cf. Document And Drawing List, Cf. Section 3.1 Letter F) Of The Draft Framework Agreement), And As Four (4) Successive Orders – Moves 1-4 – Comprising One High-Rise Building At A Time. It Is Intended That Move 1 Includes Hp7, Move 2 Includes Hp1, Move 3 Includes Hp2 And Move 4 Includes Ul1. The Contracting Authority Has Chosen To Structure The Procurement Of The Overall Renovation Task For The Four High-Rise Buildings As A Framework Agreement, As This – If The Cooperation With The Winning Bidder (The Contractor) Proceeds Satisfactorily – Provides The Opportunity To Optimize The Renovation Process From High-Rise Building To High-Rise Building By Benefiting From The Experience That The Contractor Builds Up During The Previous Stages Of The Framework Agreement. At The Same Time, It Is Crucial For The Client That The Renovation Of The Four High-Rise Buildings Is Carried Out Satisfactorily In Terms Of Quality And Time And In Accordance With The Framework Agreement And The Individual Contracts. This Is Of Particular Importance, As The Contracting Authority, As A Public Housing Organisation, Has Limited Ability To Deal With Price Increases Without Consequences For The Level Of Rent. By Structuring The Procurement Of The Overall Renovation Task For The Four High-Rise Buildings As A Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Is Given The Opportunity To Refrain From Further Orders If The Cooperation With The Winning Bidder (The Contractor) Does Not Proceed Satisfactorily, Cf. Sections 6-8 And Section 27 Of The Draft Framework Agreement. The Framework Agreement Has A Duration Of Four Years, Cf. Section 4 Of The Draft Framework Agreement. The Scope And Content Of The Framework Agreement Are Described In The Draft Framework Agreement With Annexes. The Framework Agreement Is Offered With A System Delivery That Includes The Facades Of The High-Rise Buildings. The System Delivery Includes Partly (1) The Facade System Of The High-Rise Buildings Consisting Of A New Complete Climate Screen With Facade Panels, Window Elements And Retrofitted Insulation Of The Facade Behind, And Partly (2) The Steel Structure Of The High-Rise Buildings, Which Constitutes A New Load-Bear
