Tree Cutting Should Be Carried Out Under Dendrological Supervision. The Contractor Will Provide The Documentation Regarding Dendrological Supervision To The Ordering Party On The Day Of Acceptance Of The Tree Cutting Works. The Scope Of Work Must Be Performed With Due Care In Accordance With The Opz, Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications, Recommendations Of The Investors Supervision, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations. All Work Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Descriptions In The Bill Of Quantities. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, Appropriate Permits For Transport On Adjacent Land, Roads, And Communication Between Banks On Existing Bridges And Culverts For The Duration Of The Works. Transport Should Be Adapted To The Carrying Capacity And Class Of Roads. All Costs Related To The Transport Of Equipment To The Construction Site Are Borne By The Contractor. The Contractors Obligation Is To Remove All Dirt And Damage Caused By His Vehicles On Public Roads And Access Roads To The Construction Site On An Ongoing Basis And At His Own Expense. If It Is Necessary To Occupy The Road, The Contractor Will Obtain The Consent Of The Road Owner To Occupy The Road And Will Cover The Related Costs. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep The Work Area In Good Condition And Tidy, Including The Above-Mentioned. Infrastructure And Neighboring Properties, If He Used Them During The Implementation Of The Task. These Works Should Be Performed To The Extent That Their Owners And Users Can Use Them Under The Existing Rules.
