With The Consent Of Its Supervisory Authority, The Lzn Can Take On Further Tasks For Public Law Users Within And Outside The Lower Saxony State Administration As Well As For Private Law Companies Wholly Owned By The Public Sector (See § 3 Operating Instructions). In This Responsibility, The Order Includes The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement With A Company (§ 21 Vgv) For The Delivery Of Functional Jackets For The Customer Group According To The Client List.
