Processing And Clearing Services – Framework Agreement By Issuing Purchase Orders Relating To The Supply And Management Of Restaurant Vouchers In The Form Of A Dematerialized Card. The Purpose Of The Agreement Is To Provide And Manage Restaurant Vouchers In The Form Of A Dematerialized Card. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Between January 1, 2027 And December 31, 2027. Services Will Start On January 1, 2027. However, A Preparation Period Will Be Put In Place Between The Date Of Notification And The Start Date Of The Contract. However, In The Event That Notification Of The Framework Agreement Cannot Take Place Before January 1, 2027, The Entry Into Force Of This Framework Agreement Would Then Be Deferred To The Date Of Notification Of Said Framework Agreement To The Holders. It Will Be Carried Out By Issuing Purchase Orders As And When The Needs Are Expressed By The Project Owner. Each Purchase Order Will Correspond To The Monthly Supply Of Employee Cards
