The Subject Of This Order Is: A) Transport Of Students To Primary Schools And Pre-School Education Institutions In The Żary Commune And Transport Of Disabled Students From The Żary Commune To Schools Outside The Commune In The School Year 2026/2027 Based On The Table Of Fees For Transporting Students On Individual Routes (Based On The Value Of Monthly Tickets) Specified By The Żary Commune And Listed In The Tender. The Amount Of The Monthly Fee May Not Exceed The Gross Amount Proposed In This Tender Procedure, B) Punctual And Safe Transport Of Children And Students, Including The Disabled, Referred To In Art. 32 Section 5-7 And Art. 39 Sections 3, 4 And 4A Of The Education Law Of December 14, 2016 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1043, As Amended) To Primary Schools And Pre-School Education Institutions In The Żary Commune And Transport Of Disabled Students From The Żary Commune To Schools Outside The Commune, In Accordance With The List Of Routes Provided Later In The Announcement, C) Occasional Transport Of Children And Students On The Basis Of Bus Rental Based On The Rate In Pln Per 1 Kilometer, D) Designated Collection Places - Bus Stops That Ensure Safe Entry And Exit From The Vehicle Are Considered To Be The Place Of Residence. 2.
