Presents And Rewards – End Of Year Gifts. Fontys Wants To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Contractor For The Delivery And Distribution Of End-Of-Year Gifts For Its Employees. The Assignment Consists Of Making Available And Managing An Online Ordering Environment (Webshop) In The Fontys Corporate Identity. Through This Webshop, Employees Have The Opportunity To Select An End-Of-Year Gift Of Their Choice Within A Set Budget. For 2026, The Order Value Is Estimated At €250,000, Including Vat. This Estimate Is Based On Approximately 5,000 Employees Who Can Each Choose An End-Of-Year Gift Worth €50. In View Of The Requirements Of The Public Procurement Act, The Maximum Contract Value For Framework Agreements Must Be Stated In The Tender. In Order To Provide Sufficient Room For Possible Growth In The Number Of Employees, Changes In The Available Budget Per Employee And Other Developments During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Fontys Applies A Maximum Order Value Of € 1,500,000, Including Vat, For The Entire Term Of The Framework Agreement.
