The Proposed System Must Consist Of At Least An Instrumented Mechanical Compression Frame, An Integrated Heating System, An Enclosure Or Device Allowing Atmospheric Control, A Control And Data Acquisition System And Associated Safety Devices. The Minimum Technical And Functional Performances Expected From The Equipment Are Specified In The Consultation Documents. Variants Initiated By The Candidate Are Authorized On The Following Points: Variant No. 1: Vacuum System Or Controlled Atmosphere, The Number Of Offers For Variant No. 1 Is Limited To Two (2). Two Possible Additional Services (Pse) Are Requested ((Presentation And Costing Required): Pse No. 1: An Additional 12-Month Warranty Extension After The 24 Months Of Initial Warranty And Pse No. 2: Additional Environmental Control Devices. Three Possible Additional Services (Pse) Are Offered (Presentation And Costing Optional): Pse No. 3: Local Measurement Of Deformations, Pse No. 4: Secondary Vacuum And Pse No. 5: Rapid Quenching Post-Deformation.
