Software Package And Information Systems - Cde - Common Data Environment. The General Intention Of The Contracting Authority Is To Obtain A Functional Common Data Environment (Cde) For Construction Management, Which Will Be In Accordance With Legislative Requirements, In Particular Act No. 330/2025 Coll., On The Management Of Information On Construction And The Built Environment And On The Amendment Of Some Other Laws, To Serve The Contracting Authority As A Unified And Trustworthy Source Of Project Information And Data Throughout The Life Cycle Of The Construction, Will Be Fully Available In The Czech Language And At The Same Time Cover The Needs Of The Contracting Authority Specified In This Tender Documentation, In Its Annexes, Possibly Specified Or Supplemented During The Procedure With The Competitive Dialogue. The Formal Intention Of This Public Contract Is To Conclude A Contract For The Fulfillment Of The Subject Of The Public Contract, Namely With One Selected Supplier Who, Based On The Evaluation Carried Out According To The Evaluation Criteria, Is Ranked First. At The Same Time, The Chosen Solution Must Respect And Be In Accordance With All Relevant Legal Regulations. At The Start Of The Procurement Procedure, The Contracting Authority Is Not Objectively Able To Define All The Technical And Contractual Conditions For The Performance Of The Public Contract In Such A Way As To Be Able To Compile The Procurement Documentation In The Necessary Level Of Detail. The Contracting Authority Is Able To Define That The Subject (Or Rather The Purpose) Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Supply And Implementation Of The Common Data Environment (Cde) For Construction Management Described In The Tender Conditions.
