The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Organization, Implementation And Service Of The Event Titled: Christmas Land Of European Funds In Małopolska, On The Planned Date Of December 8, 2026. The Event Is Planned As A One-Day Action, A Family Cultural And Educational Event, Which Will Take Place At The Cogiteon Małopolska Science Center In Krakow - Carried Out Thanks To The Support Of European Funds. The Event Aims To Promote The Effects Of Using European Funds In The Region. During The Event, Visitors Will Have The Opportunity To Visit The Permanent Exhibition Free Of Charge, Participate In Workshops In Science Studios And Laboratories, Participate In Christmas Workshops, Use The Childrens Academy Playroom, Take Part In: European Lessons, An Illusion Show And A Meeting With Santa Claus. Organizing The Event At Cogiteon, Which Was Co-Financed By Eu Funds, Emphasizes The Importance Of European Investments In Małopolska And Allows For The Effective Promotion Of Their Effects. The Scope Of The Event Includes, Among Others: Providing Attractions For Participants (E.G. Visiting The Exhibition, Organizing Workshops In Studios, Organizing And Conducting Christmas Workshops), Technical Support (E.G. Sound System, Lighting, Providing A Ticket Reservation System), Organizing The Event Space (Installation Of Decorations, Santa Claus Zone, Installation Of The Outdoor Christmas Zone) And Ensuring The Safety Of Participants. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 1 To The Contract. 3. The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitutes Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Proprietary Copyrights To Materials Created As Part Of The Order To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template. 5. The Ordering Party Follows The Instructions Resulting From Art. 95 Of The Act Specifies That It Does Not Require The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Related To The Execution Of The Contract On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship. 6.
