The Estw Intends To Award The Contract For The Delivery Of Solo Buses With Battery-Electric Drives And To Ensure The Operational Readiness Of These Vehicles Over The Entire Contract Period. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Delivery Of A Total Of 5 Solo Buses With Battery-Electric Drives As Well As The Implementation Of Service And Maintenance Services For A Period Of 5 Years From Final Acceptance, With The Option To Extend For A Further 3 Years. This Includes The Following Services: • Delivery Of 5 Road-Legal, Technically Sophisticated And Standard-Compliant Solo Buses With Battery-Electric Drive, • Ensuring The Complete Operational And Usability Of The Vehicles In Daily Scheduled Operations, • Carrying Out Maintenance, Service And Maintenance Services To Ensure Technical Availability And Operational Safety, • Carrying Out Inspections, Regular Tests And Preventive Maintenance In Accordance With Manufacturer Specifications And Legal Requirements, • Fault Diagnosis, Troubleshooting And Carrying Out Necessary Repairs Including Spare Parts Supply, • Provision Of A Suitable Workshop And Service Concept Including Response Times And Availability Guarantees, • Documentation Of All Maintenance And Repair Measures In A Suitable Form (Digital And/Or Analogue), • Ensuring The Availability Of Spare Parts As Required Over The Entire Contract Period, • Training Of Estw Staff In Handling The Vehicles As Well As In Basic Operating And Maintenance Activities, • Provision Of Technical Documentation And, If Necessary, Digital Access To Vehicle-Related Data And Service Information, • Taking Ecological And Sustainable Aspects Into Account In Terms Of Energy Efficiency, Resource Conservation And The Life Cycle Of Vehicles And Components.
