Operating Tables – Mobile Operating Tables And Accessories. Through This Order, The Hospital Vitaz Vzw Wishes To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Approximately 40 Mobile Operating Tables Intended For The Operating Rooms In Various Campuses Within Vitaz. The Campuses Involved Are Sint-Niklaas (Moeland And Hospitaal), Beveren And Lokeren. The Equipment Offered Must Be State-Of-The-Art, Equipped With All Modern Features That Are Applicable In A Contemporary Operating Room Environment. The Assignment Also Includes The Takeover And Removal Of The Current Operating Tables. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Conclude A Maintenance Contract With Regard To The Equipment Purchased After The Warranty Period, Which Can Be Extended As Long As The Equipment Is In Use By The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Is Considered An Obligation Of Results, Which Therefore Also Includes All Possible Associated Costs And The Control Of Quality And Operational Reliability In All Details. The Stated Quantities Should Be Regarded As Probable Quantities. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Deviate From This, Without This Giving Rise To A Price Adjustment Or Any Claim For Compensation From The Contractor. The Orders In The Framework Agreement Will Be Placed Over A Period Of 4 (Four) Years. During The Four-Year Term, A Number Of Tables Will Be Ordered On Demand In Phases To Replace Outdated And/Or Defective Operating Tables.
