The Bidder Whose Bid Is Selected As The Most Economically Advantageous Is Obliged To Deliver And Install The Automation System Within A Maximum Of 120 (One Hundred And Twenty) Days From The Date Of The Mutually Signed Framework Agreement. The Description Of The Procurement Item Is Fully Determined In The Cost List Of The Procurement Item, Which Describes In Detail The Types Of Reagents, As Well As The Technical Specifications And Features Of The Automated Integrated System With All Devices And Equipment That Will Be Provided For Use By Kbc Osijek. Bidders Are Obliged To Offer The Subject Of Procurement In Accordance With The Requirements And Needs Of The Client Described In The Cost Estimate And All Other Conditions And Requirements Specified In The Procurement Documentation.
