Bridge Renewal Construction Work – Works Contract Relating To Securing Access To The Calix Viaduct On National Road 814 (Caen Ring Road), In The Calvados Department. The Consultation Concerns Part Of The Work To Be Carried Out As Part Of Phase 1 Of Operation Calix. This Phase Of Work Includes, On The One Hand, The Installation Of Dynamic Signaling And Automated Barriers In Order To Close The Viaduct (Phase 1.1) And On The Other Hand, The Development Of The Northern Head Of The Viaduct In The Interior Bp Direction (Phase 1.3). The Work Program Is Based On The Avp Preliminary Project Carried Out By The Moe In October 2025 Then The Pro Project Studies Carried Out By The Moe In February 2026. Phase 1 Of The Calix Operation Is Part Of An Overall Project Comprising 4 Phases: • Phase 1: Securing Access, Subject Of This Contract; • Phase 2: Repair Of The Calix Viaduct, Work On Which Will Begin In June 2026; • Phase 3: Environmental Integration (Taking Into Consideration Noise Pollution And Sanitation Repair); • Phase 4: Rehabilitation Of The Upper Surface Of The Calix Viaduct.
