Road-Repair Works – Rdw In Chełm. Renovation Of Provincial Road No. 841 On The Wierzbica - Staw Section From Km 15+540 To Km 18+340 And From Km 19+900 To Km 21+000. 1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Provincial Road No. 841 On Sections From Km 15+540 To Km 18+340 And From Km 19+900 To Km 21+000. 2. The Scope Of Works Includes, Among Others: - Measurement Works. - Corrective Milling Of Bituminous Surface With A Thickness Of Up To 4.0 Cm. - Mechanical Cleaning Of The Surface And Sprinkling Of Asphalt Emulsion Between Layers. - Construction Of A Binding Layer Of Ac 16 W Asphalt Concrete. 6 Cm. - Construction Of A Wearing Course Of Ac 11S Asphalt Concrete, Thickness. 4 Cm. - Adjustment Of The Height To The New Surface Of The Existing Bitumen-Surfaced Exits With Mineral And Asphalt Mass Within The Road Right-Of-Way. - Adjustment Of The Height To The New Surface Of The Existing Exits With A Bituminous Reclaimed Ground Surface Within The Road Right-Of-Way. - Adjustment Of The Height To The New Surface Of The Existing Exits With A Paving Stone Surface Within The Road Right-Of-Way. - Roadsides Made Of Reclaimed Asphalt/Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm, 1.0 M Wide And Thick. 10 Cm. - Reconstruction Of Road Markings. 3. Designed Robots. 1) Surface. The Road Renovation Was Designed In Accordance With The Existing Parameters - The Width Of The Road On The Straight Is 6.0 M, On Horizontal Curves Adapted To The Parameters Of The Curve. The Transverse Slope Of The Road On A Straight Road Is 2%, And On Horizontal Curves It Is A One-Sided Slope Adjusted To The Parameters Of The Curve. 2) Pavement Construction. - Wearing Layer Of Asphalt Concrete Ac11s 50/70 Kr 3-4, Thickness. Min. 4 Cm, - Binding Layer Of Asphalt Concrete Ac16w 35/50 Kr 3-4, Thick. Min. 6 Cm, - Corrective Milling - To A Maximum Depth Of 4.0 Cm, Is Intended To Eliminate Deformations In The Longitudinal And Transverse Profiles, Including: Local Overestimations At Culverts Under The Road Crown And Between Wheel Tracks And At The Edge Of The Road. It Is Not Allowed To Increase The Milling Depth To An Extent That Could Significantly Reduce The Thickness Of The Existing Structural Layers. 3) Roadside. Make Dirt Roadsides 1.0 M Wide And Thick. 0.10 M Of Reclaimed Asphalt From Corrective Milling Of The Surface And Of Crushed Stone Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm Provided By The Contractor. The Ground Under The Roadsides Should Be Properly Profiled. If The Level In The Subgrade Is Lower, It Should Be Supplemented With Soil That Meets The Requirements For The Upper Zone Of The Road Body. The Spoil From Excavations For The Roadbed Will Be Placed On The Earthen Roadsides, And The Excess Will Be Managed By The Contractor On His Own. If Existing Vertical Markings And Traffic Safety Devices Interfere With Roadside Works, They Should Be Dismantled And Reinstalled, Or Work In Their Vicinity Should Be Carried Out Manually So That The Signs And Barriers Are Not Damaged. 4) Dehydration. The Drainage Of The Above-Mentioned Sections Does Not Change. Transverse And Longitudinal Slopes Allow Water To Flow Into Existing Roadside Ditches And Combined Sewage Systems. 5) Final Remarks. All Materials Used For Renovation Must Have Valid Ce Certificates
