Tenders are invited for Photography & Video Documentary Services. Service Location: Nablus, Jenin, Tubas, Qalqilya, Salfit, Tulkarm 1. Background and Context The Palestinian Circus Association is s seeking to contract a photographer to document programs activities in the west Bank Palestine (Salfit + Qalqilya + Tulkarem + Nablus + Tubas + Jenin). To document [rn1] the programs activities, impact, and human stories, the Palestinian circus is seeking a qualified Photographer and Video Documentary Specialist to capture high-quality visual content throughout the programs field activities. 2. Objectives of the Assignment The main objectives of this consultancy are to: Produce professional photographic and video documentary content covering all Mobile Trainer sessions across the targeted location. Capture the human impact of the program, including participants, trainers, and community members. Provide the PC with high-quality visual materials for communication, advocacy, donor reporting, and social media use. Ensure consistent, ethical, and sensitive documentation of field activities in compliance with organizational guidelines. 3. Scope of Work The Photographer/Videographer will be responsible for the following: 3.1 Photography/ Photography Attend 6 days one activity per location of 6 targeted Locations.[rn2] Capture high-resolution photographs documenting Activities. Deliver a 35 edited, quality photos per location[rn3] . Video Documentary Produce a short documentary video (2-3 minutes) capturing the overall journey of the Mobile Trainer Program across the 6 locations. Film interviews with participants, trainers, and community stakeholders (with signed consent). Add professional subtitles in English. 3.3 Logistics & Coordination Coordinate closely with the Program Team for scheduling, field visits, and access to activity locations. Travel to all designated cities as per the program schedule. Obtain signed photo/video consent forms from all photographed individuals (templates provided by PC) 4. Deliverables 5. Required Qualifications & Experience A minimum of (2-3) years of professional experience in photography and video production, preferably in the development or humanitarian sector. Demonstrated portfolio of similar documentary/field photography work in Palestine. Strong command of professional camera equipment, lighting, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro). Ability to work in field environments and travel across the 6 cities in Palestine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; sensitivity to cultural and social contexts. Fluency in Arabic and English. Knowledge of ethical guidelines for photography in development programs (e.g. child safeguarding). "The photographer shall provide all necessary photography equipment required for the assignment." 6. Duration and Location The assignment will cover the duration of the Mobile Trainer Program, expected to span Until end of October 2026. The photographer/videographer will be required to travel to all 6 designated locations [Salfit + Qalqilya + Tulkarm + Nablus + Tubas + Jenin) None of the transport costs will be covered 7. Ethical Commitments & Safeguarding" All photography and video work must comply with the organizations safeguarding, child protection, and data privacy policies. Informed consent must be obtained from all individuals photographed or filmed. Images must not be shared on personal social media or with third parties. .8.
