Tenders are invited for Providing Private Security Services (2026-2027) A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can be purchased from the General Administration Division, 2nd Floor, Administration Building, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, No.21, Albert Crescent, Colombo 07, on working days from 30.06.2026 to 20.07.2026 from 9.00am to 2.00pm upon payment of a non-refundable document Fee of LKR Fifteen Thousand (LKR 15,000.00). The method of payment will be by cash. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR Six Hundred Fifty Thousand (LKR 650,000.00) in favor of the Vice Chancellor, University of the Visual and Performing Arts, obtained from a Central Bank approved Commercial Bank operating in Sri Lanka, or cash deposit valid up to 16.11.2026.
