The Parsnip West Fsr Is Accessed From The Town Of Mackenzie And Runs Through Heather-Dina Lakes Provincial Park. The Previous Culvert And Existing Bridge Crosses Dina Creek At 29.6 Km And Has Been Impacted By Beaver Activities And A Recent Washout Event. The Existing Temporary Structure Will Be Removed And Replaced With A Longer 15 M Single Lane Concrete Slab Bridge Founded On Concrete Footings And Steel Pipes.
