Vancouver Coastal Health Authority (“Vch”) Has Issued This Request For Submission (“Rfs”) For The Purpose Of Requesting Submissions (“Submissions”) From Qualified Individuals Or Organizations (“Respondents”) To Undertake An Indigenous-Led Learning And Assessment Process For The Indigenous Crisis Response Team (“Icrt”).This Work Is Intended To Generate A Clear, Practice-Informed Understanding Of What Has Been Learned Through The Early Implementation Of An Indigenous-Led, Non-Police Crisis Response Model.
