The District Of Hudson’S Hope Invites Bids From Qualified Contractors For The Complete Demolition Of The Existing Community Hall Located At 10310 Kyllo Street, Hudson’S Hope, Bc.The Work Generally Includes Demolition And Removal Of The Building And Associated Building Components, Including Foundations, Building Floor Slabs, Footings, Attached Appurtenances, And Below-Grade Structural Elements; Hauling And Lawful Disposal Or Recycling Of Demolition Materials; Backfilling; Rough Grading; And Site Cleanup.Hazardous Materials Abatement Will Be Completed Under A Separate Contract Before Demolition Commences. Existing Sidewalks, Asphalt Paving, Curbs, Parking Areas, Exterior Concrete Pads, And Other Site Improvements Are Generally Intended To Remain, Except Where Limited Removal Or Disturbance Is Reasonably Required To Complete The Work.The Successful Bidder Will Be Required To Enter Into A Ccdc 2 (2020) Stipulated Price Contract.
