Technical Control Services – Regulatory Periodic Inspection Services For Lifting Devices And Fall Protection Equipment. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Carry Out Periodic Regulatory Inspections, In Accordance With The Legal And Normative Provisions In Force, Relating To: 1. Lifting Devices, Including In Particular Elevators, Lifting Platforms And Facade Access Pods; 2. Fall Arrest Equipment Installed On Facades And Roofs, Such As Lifelines, Anchor Points, Harnesses, Mobile Ladders And Any Other Device Intended For Protection Against Falls From Height. These Services Will Be Carried Out By An Approved Body Sect (External Service For Technical Controls) In Current And Future Buildings Jointly Occupied In Brussels By The Committee Of The Regions (Cdr) And The European Economic And Social Committee (Eesc). The Services Concerned Are As Follows: - Periodic Checks Of Elevators; - Risk Analyses; - Periodic Checks Of Lifting Tables Periodic Checks Of Nacelles; - Periodic Checks Of Fall Protection Equipment Installed On Facades And Roofs; - One-Off Or Specific Services Under Capped Management.
