The 2Nd Ba Of Special School 53 (Comeniusschule) Includes The Fire Protection Upgrade And Extensive Renovation Of The Existing Building (Including Renovation Of All Sanitary Areas, Replacement Of Floor Coverings, Painting Of All Walls) As Well As The Construction Of An Extension On The North-West Gable Side Of The Building. The Floor Area Of The Four-Story Ensemble Is Approximately 65.0 M X 16.5 M. The Following Services Are To Be Provided: - Install 60 M² Of New Strip Parquet - Cleaning, Sanding And Surface Treatment Of 865 M² Of Existing Parquet - Adaptation Work To The Existing Parquet.
