A Detailed Description Of The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Design Of Geological Works, 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works 3) Bill Of Quantities Contractor Is Obliged To Check The Bill Of Quantities (It Is Only Auxiliary Material). The Documentation Referred To In Point. Plays A Superior Role Over The Bill Of Quantities. 4.4.1) And Point 4.4.2) Swz. The Offer Should Be Prepared Based On The Attached Documentation. The Bill Of Quantities Does Not Constitute The Basis For Calculating The Final Offer Price In The Offer. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Surveying Services To The Extent Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, 2) Preparation Of As-Built Surveying Documentation, 3) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit And Handing Over The Finished Facility To The Ordering Party For Use Along With Documentation Containing Attestations, Approvals Or Certificates Necessary To Start Operation, 4) And All Elements Listed In Any Part Of The Studies Constituting Annex No. 1 To This Terms Of Reference (Swz) And Affecting The Offer Price Of The Subject Of The Order 4. The Ordering Party Does Not Have A Water Permit. The Contractors Obligations Will Include The Development Of All Documentation Allowing The Launch Of The Intake And Water Intake. 5. The Ordering Party Anticipates The Possibility Of Replacement Works And The Conditions Under Which These Changes May Be Introduced For Technological And Economic Reasons, If The Introduction Of Replacement Works Is Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract And Does Not Result In An Extension Of The Subject Of The Contract In Relation To The Subject Specified In The Swz And Resulting From The Content Of The Swz. The Conditions Regarding The Scope Of Replacement Works And The Method Of Their Settlement Are Described In § 15 Of The Template. Contracts.
