The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Provision Of The Manufacturers Technical Support Service For The Fortiproxy Web Protection Module And The Fortimail E-Mail Protection Module, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement - Points 1 And 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Manufacturers Technical Support); 2) Delivery Of Subscriptions For The Functionalities Of The Fortiproxy Web Protection Module, Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Essential Provisions Of The Agreement - Point 1 Lit. A (Hereinafter Referred To As The Software) Together With The Technical Support Assigned To The Software (Hereinafter Referred To As The Manufacturers Technical Support) At The Level Described In § 5 Section 1-16 Of The Material Provisions Of The Agreement And Annex No. 3 To The Material Provisions Of The Agreement; 4) The Contractors Provision Of Technical Support To The Ordering Party In The Amount Of 300 Man-Hours At The Level Described In § 5 Section 17-27 Of The Material Provisions Of The Agreement (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contractors Technical Support). - For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.
