Work Detail
The Municipality Of Tuusula (Procurement Unit, Customer) Requests An Offer For The Maintenance And Repair Services Of Fire Alarm Equipment In Accordance With The Request For Tender And Its Appendices. Based On The Tender, An Annual Maintenance Contract Is Formed, Which Includes Complete Maintenance Of The Fire Detector According To The Device Manufacturers Instructions. Fault Corrections And Installation Work Of The Detectors Are Carried Out At A Unit Price As Separately Agreed. Local Smoke Detectors Are Agreed On A Site-Specific Basis With An Additional Labor Charge Price. This Is A Framework Agreement Between Two Suppliers. Two Suppliers Are Selected To Carry Out The Procurement So That The Suppliers Of The Groups Are Alternate Suppliers To Each Other. Therefore, One Supplier Cannot Get Both Groups With A Contract. The Goal Of The Contract Period Is To Start On September 1, 2026.
