The Purpose Of The Procurement Is To Find Out The Future Space Needs Of People Working At Office Workstations In The Municipality, Including Team And Meeting Rooms, To Compare It With The Office Spaces Currently In Use By The Municipality, And To Draw Conclusions About The Adequacy And Suitability Of The Current Spaces. As Part Of The Survey, The Current Way Of Doing Work Of Office Workers, Such As Remote Work, Mobile Work And Face-To-Face Customer Work, And Their Possible Changes Must Be Taken Into Account. The Necessary Information Is Collected E.G. With Surveys And Group And Individual Interviews. In Addition, The Needs Assessment Includes A Survey Of Office Spaces Currently In Use By The Municipality And Spaces Suitable For Office Work, E.G. With The Help Of Floor Plans, Site Surveys And Interviews With Senior Staff (Of The Environment And Housing Service Area). The End Result Of The Needs Assessment Must Be A Summary Of The Above-Mentioned Assessments And Clear Conclusions, On The Basis Of Which The Municipality Can Proceed With The Preparation Of The Project Plan (Separate Tender). Currently, There Are Approximately 25 Office Workers Who Work In Three Different Locations. In Its Offer, The Tenderer Must Also Present His Own View On The Participation Of Personnel And Supervisors Other Than The One Mentioned Above. For The Municipality Of Pielavesi, The Work Is Led By The Director Of The Vitality And Administration Service Area, Who Also Acts As The Contact Person For The Survey In Relation To The Selected Service Provider. The Project Group Is The Municipalitys Management Team (Seven People). The Final Result Must Be A Written Report In Word Or Power Point Format By December 31, 2026, And The Service Provider Must Present The Results Of The Survey To The Municipal Board And The Management Team No Later Than January-February 2027. At Least One Of The Results Presentation Events Must Take Place In Pielaveti.
