This Is A Public Contract For Services. The Subject Of This Contract Is Project Execution Documentation For Permission Of The Building Plan And Implementation Of The Project Documentation Of The Project Potůčky - Residential Zone At P.P.No. 406/1 - Project Documentation. The Documentation Will Be Used Both For The Construction Procedure In Question And For The Awarding Of A Public Contract For Construction Works And For The Implementation Of The Construction Project, And Its Scope Will Be Based Primarily On Act No. 283/2021 Coll., The Construction Act As Amended, And Further Relevant Implementing Regulations, Especially Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. On The Documentation Of Buildings And From Decree No. 146/2024 Coll. On Construction Requirements. Among Other Things, The Contract Must Also Include A Certificate Of The Buildings Energy Efficiency. The Price Offer Must Also Include The Implementation Of Authors Supervision During The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Above-Mentioned Construction.
