Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of The Catering Operation Of The Spěšného Kindergarten In Roztoky Near Prague

The Subject Of The Contract Is Construction Modifications To The Existing Kitchen And Canteen Of The Spěšného Kindergarten In Roztoky Near Prague. The Goal Is To Change The Internal Layout Of The 1St Floor Of The Building So That The Dining Room Will Be Canceled And A Soup Kitchen With A Capacity Of Up To 400 Meals Per Day In Two Menus Will Be Built In Its Scope And In The Scope Of The Original Kitchen. At The Same Time, The Soup Kitchen Created In This Way Will Be Newly Equipped With Modern Kitchen Equipment And Technology. Meals Prepared From Kitchen-Processed Ingredients Will Not Be Served In The Facility, But Will Be Taken Outside The Facility In Thermoports. Together With The Soup Kitchen, New Storage Areas With Appropriate Freezing And Cooling Capacity Will Be Built.
