The Scope Of The Assignment Includes The Delivery, Implementation, Configuration And Management Of An Iam Solution, Including The Migration From The Current Authorization Structure From G4gem (This Is A Database In Which This Is Registered), The Design According To The Functional Design And The Realization Of The Necessary Integrations. The Iam System Must Include At Least The Following Components And Integrations: • Components: Idu Automation (Inflow, Flow, Outflow), Requesting/Approving/Mandating Process Roles And Authorizations To Be Requested Separately, Authorization Management Of Authorizations, Process Roles And Hr Attributes. Integrations: Hr System Youforce, Active Directory (Ad), Itsm Topdesk, E-Mail Facility, Data Warehouse And Microsoft Entra Id For Sso. See Tender Documents. The Iam System Is Used For Approximately 3,000 Identities, With A Bandwidth Of 20% More Or Fewer Identities. Inactive Identities Will Not Be Charged. We Estimate The Total Value Of This Assignment Over The Entire Contract Term Including Any Extension Options (18 Years, See Paragraph 2.8) At An Amount Between € 850,000 And € 2,000,000 (Excluding Vat).
